Does the Korean servers of World in Audition have IP block?

So I recently got an account and can't seem to get past the tutorial without getting disconnected. I've even tried using a Korean IP address via VPN and still get disconnected. Does anyone else who have a World in Audition KR account have this problem or is it just me?

Nope, although I haven't played in a few months. I never had a problem playing KWIA or KAU from a US IP. But again, I haven't played in a few months. D: I sure hope there isn't one. Where are you located?
