Oh Rainmeter.
I have a similar one @ the first one.
It lags like sht though.
Rocketdock also.

It's true that it eats up your graphic card, but depends on how heavy your customized desktop is.

Basically any outer programs make my laptop lag. So now I just use some skins instead of the whole layer lol.
