Click on "User Control Panel" up above the tgforums banner, from there you need to click on the Profile tab, after clicking on the Profile tab you will see a short list pop up on the left side. Click on the 3rd one down that says Edit avatar. From there you will be taken to the page where you can insert a URL of an image you want, or upload it from your computer :3.

Click User Control Panel at the top of the screen and then Profile tab, then Avatar. ^^
